  • Boxing 101 - Basic boxing footwork and skills training

    (For Beginners)

  • Boxing Fitness- Cardio, circuit, tabata based boxing class

    (All levels welcome)

  • Strength & Conditioning- Conditioning class with weight training

    (All levels welcome)

  • Boxing Technique- Technique based boxing training class

    (Intermediate)

  • Fighter's club/Open Sparring- Advanced level training class for aspiring boxers

    (Advanced)

  • Stretch & Restore- Yoga class to align posture, improve flexibility while reconnecting your mind, body & soul

    (All levels welcome)

  • Open gym- Access to facility with coach on site for guidance
